Payment Policies

Please read the policies below prior to making a payment. Making a payment will constitute notice and acceptance of these policies. All transactions are in US Dollars. Listed prices do not include any applicable taxes; applicable taxes will be calculated by the payment processor during checkout. Payment Terms & Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work commences. This deposit secures your time in our schedule and ensures resources are allocated to your project. The remaining balance is due prior to final file handover.

Refund and Dispute Resolution Policy 

• No refunds will be given after final file handover.

• Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the best practices and procedures described here. 

Security Capabilities and Policy for Transmission of Payment Card Details
